BY THE ITALIAN DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY: App IO: the Authority implements the technical relation

In relation to the joined statements issued by PagoPa and the Ministry for the Technological Innovation and the Digital Transition, on the critical profiles arise by the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Authority, in reaffirming all the reasons of its provision, considers appropriate – for a full assessment of what has been affirmed and in view of the complexity of the subject – makes known the technical relationships which has followed the provision on the IO App on the 9^th June to PagoPa S.p.A.
